When a specific diet doesn’t work for one person, it can bring on a sense of failure. Instead of giving you another restrictive diet to follow, we will work TOGETHER with your bio-individual needs to come up with action plan. You can’t fail at a diet that you create for your unique self and I’ll help you get get there using the latest nutrition science, behavior psychology and concepts like “crowding out”.

Movement
Life requires movement and to live means that you are moving. With the diversity of choices for workouts in today’s world, it can feel overwhelming to know which one is right for you. You will discover how different types of movement nourish your body in different ways and then I will help you put together a menu of activities to keep yourself in balance and aligned with your goals and needs.

Lifestyle
Being healthy is not just about the food on your plate; it’s about the water you drink, the air you breathe, relationships in your life, whether you have a fulfilling career and spiritual practice, and so on. The lifestyle portion of your coaching will bring to light the Primary Foods that may be missing from your life and how to incorporate them in to enhance the work you’re doing nutritionally and physically.
